OthBase
is an Othello Games Database Manager
that enables creation and analysis of Othello games databases.
OthBase
is used by some of the strongest tournament players all over the world.
Here is an
extract from an email of Hideshi Tamenori
in 2005 after his 6th and before his 7th title (Hideshi is Othello
World
Champion for 2006, 2005, 1995, 1990, 1989, 1988, 1986):
"I would like
to express my deepest gratitude for your OthBase
which brings me World Champion's cup. With OthBase, I could learn
many games and playing styles of the best players who participated in
WOC
even though I had never played them (Takuji etc.). Please try to
keep updating and upgrading the excellent OthBase. OthBase is a
vital
tool for me to win WOC of 2006."

Version
1.10.3 has
been published on 03/04/2008. See

and News sections to get
more information.
Version 1.9 is still supported
but no more sold. Both version can co-exists at the same time.
Supported Platforms
OthBase is supported on any
platform running Java 5.0 or 6.0 (Windows, MacOSX on Intel or PowerPC,
Linux...).
